Feedburner not updating

Under WP Super Cache / Advanced, I have ticked the box to “Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated” and also ticked the box not to cache my feed. However, Feedburner fails to update, and similar services fail to post to Twitter/Facebook, until I go to the “Easy” tab and click to delete the cache myself. Then Feedburner shows my up-to-date feed correctly.
I am also using Cloudflare. Could this be to blame? Is there a way to update automatically?
