Dropbox error: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to api-content.dropbox.c

    Hello!

    When I perform backup my blog, it gives me following upload error. This error appears few days ago. Earlier there’s no such a Dropbox upload error. Could you please tell me how do I fix it?

    Hi,

    Please could you post more context from the log file?

    I think this probably comes from Dropbox – I’ve noticed the same error being reported recently for other plugins. But I’m interested to see more context so that I can see how UD is responding to it in your case.

    From my Googling, it seems generally agreed that that error is a micro-outage at Dropbox’s end, and the only thing to do is try another backup.

    No needs to send anything – the problem has been found (identical issue in another support thread).

    Dropbox was throwing a temporary error (which can happen from time to time); but a one-character typing mistake in the code (a comma instead of a period) was causing UpdraftPlus to not continue the upload.
