Hi, I had trouble with this too. I clicked on the Upload button in Basic Settings. A small window opened where I clicked the select files button to browse to the file location. It would load to 100% then say Crunching… The file size is only 138KB so shouldn’t be any trouble with size.
Also tried using Media Library and the window just went blank, and the same for Gallery.

I got it to work by dragging and dropping the file in instead then clicking on Use This button – The other options had the text Add to Post, maybe this gives and indication why it doesn’t work…

Have you tried this, when u upload has finish, have you clicked the “USE THIS IMAGE” button at the bottom of the screen

I am having the same problem. Using the customizr theme I would go to upload an image and it would upload but the logo would never appear on the website. I have tried everything I could think of and am beyond frustrated. The website is site.aegisdoors.com.
I tried resizing the image, changing the type to PNG.

My apologies I forgot to mention that the original theme that I used was corpo and had the same problem there. I am on the Corpo theme now. I have uploaded my logo under theme options. I clicked the button “use this image” at the bottom but still the logo is not visable. I have tried everything I could think of. I guess I will start a new thread
