• Hi,

    i’m using version 1.1.4 and it work great on almost every aspect.
    The site is in 2 languages( EN and IT) with a static home page and a dedicated page for blog.
    The blog page is translated so:
    https://www.martinamunzittu.com/blog/ -> https://www.martinamunzittu.com/blog-ita/.

    The 2 pages correctly display article for their language.

    But when I add /feed to get an rss feed of each pages only the english page shows some content (in wp “options->reading” the blog page is set as the english one).

    The problem is easily solved by letting Polylang add (/en or /it to the permalink).

    Now i would like the feed to work without having the language code in the permalink.

    Any hint?

    thanks in advance

    That’s not possible. The only way to differentiate the language in feeds (as well as in archives) is to have the language code in url. You can however hide the language code for default language in Polylang settings as you have done as far as I have seen.

    Thank for the reply.

    Do you think it will ever be possible to to such a thing with Polylang or with some WP hack?

    I don’t think so.
