  • It looks like your database has disappeared. Have you spoken to your hosts about this?

Yes i have but it looks like they have no much knowledge about WordPress… Kindly help….

They will have experience with sites & databases generally. There is literally nothing we can do to help here unless you have a recent database backup. But I would suggest you contact your hosts and ask them why your database has disappeared or been emptied.

i have a back up, can i clear everything and then install my backup?
but before this we had the “403 Forbidden error” so am scared that maybe it will happen again

before this we had the “403 Forbidden error”

Which suggests even more so that this is something that needs to be properly investigated by your hosts. It could well be that they are experiencing some issues at their end. If you want to have a go at restoring your backup, have a look at Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup. First, though, you’ll need to find out whether the old database still exists.

is it possible for me to transfer my zambianmusicblog.wordpress posts to https://www.zambianmusicblog.com?… just incase in reinstall a new wordpress php

Yes. I’d suggest that you set up a new database and then import your database backup using the link I posted above. Then you will need to amend your wp-config.php file to point to the new database.
