can't install ip2Nation db

    I get a persistent message asking me to install IP2Nation – when I click to install OR click to dismiss, I get:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/green-screen.co.nz/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/custom-content-by-country/content-by-country.php on line 710″

    It displayed the same symptoms in Wp3.5.1 so I upgraded hoping that would solve the problem.

    after a few tries I attempted to manually import the Ip2Nation.sql file but still the same messages…
