best plugin for insert javacript code for (ad) ????

can anyone help to sort out my problem

my question i have a affiliate banner’s java script code. is there any plugin if i insert and banner will show on header before logo.

i have tried many of plugins likes header-footer, simple ad manager, insert header and footer etc. but these plugin are inserting banner in wp_head() function.

please help me to sort out this problem
