How can I integrate Plugins like Relevanssi on my WordPress Site??

    maybe, and if so please excuse me, there are already topics like my, but I couldn’t find anything for my problem!

    I’m not using WordPress for a long time, and I can not find an answer for one question I have.

    How can I integrate plugins like Relevanssi on my WordPress Blog, if I have already installed the plugin? There are many manuals how to install the plugins, but nothing which explains how can I integrate it.

    For example Relevanssi, I can not find any part of sourcecode which I have to integrate, and no information where it has to integrate in, for example if I would like to position this search plugin in the top of my site.

    Hope you can help me.

    For your information, I have knowledge in (X)HTML, PHP, Javascript, AJAX and so on, so, I think for me it should be no problem to integrate it, if I know how. ??
