Thumbnail titles and columns

Hello everyone I am new to this and have installed the nextgen gallery. Finally I have everything working but for some odd reason my coloumns for my thumbnails are all messed up. I am trying to do a vote page and have everything working perfect but its driving me mad. Here is the page im trying to fix https://test.kittysncats.com/battle-of-the-votes/
What I want is columns with the names under the thumbnails.Here is the php file ive been editing:
