Table to Store Data Colected by the Form

Good morning, guys.
Does anyone knows someway how to or a plugin to store the data colected by Contact Form 7 (and sent by email) in a exportable table?
I tried find out the Flamingo Plugin, does it works for this purpose? Can it be trusted?
