• When viewing ozmint.com via mobile phone, the header image is not there. How do I make it visible? I am using the jetpack mobile theme.
    Thanks for help!

  • The desktop version of your theme would need to support a Custom Header.

does the Custom Community theme support this?

    Not natively.

Its Theme Options are using a custom function.

    Hi staceyd,

you can go to THEME SETTINGS -> HEADER -> Use WordPress Default Header

and turn it on, then you can use the WordPress Header for that.

But since you’re using a mobile theme, your mobile theme will have to show the header image on mobile screens..

    hope this helps,

sorry, I don’t understand what I should do to have the current header translate over to the mobile theme. I did enable the WordPress Default Header but still no header is appearing on the mobile version.
    did not understand this statement…
“But since you’re using a mobile theme, your mobile theme will have to show the header image on mobile screens..”

Try disabling JetPack mobile – no need to use that with Custom Community – as it already works well on mobile devices.
