WordPress Update with Better WP Security

  • I have a site with Better WP Security on it and I need to upgrade it up to WordPress 3.6. I did an update earlier and broke the install and I had to restore from backup.

    Is there something I need to disable on Better WP Security before doing the update? Is there some files that Better WP Security has changed that I need to restore prior to the update?
