Author page 404 error and no author pic

In my posts,at the top and bottom, it lists my personal name correctly as the author. However, when I click on my name it takes me to the following link with a 404 error:
https://deceptivefood.com/author/Deceptive%20Food/
Shouldn’t my personal name be in this url? Why is it returning an error?
I have checked my user profile settings a million times, and they are all my personal name.
I’m using Yoast SEO plugin and heard that may be the problem?
