Comfy 4.0.5 featured image

  • Hello there, I’m using Comfy 4.0.5 theme for my website https://www.liban4sports.com
    Unfortunately as you can see I can’t put a featured image.. I tried different kinds of plugins, but the theme is obliging me to use custom fields and I need to change this option as none of the editors/authors have knowledge in this..
    Any suggestions?
