[plugin: easy sign up] bullet points showing on each line

Does anyone know why bullet points show on every line of my form? See at the bottom of: https://www.euro-freelancers.eu/european-sharing-economy-coalition/ I only pasted [easy_sign_up]

Is it a conflict with my theme? I noticed the other bullet points on the same page also look displaced.
