Search option in Relation Custom Fields do not work

  • I have a Relation custom field. I used to work as expected.
    Now when I’m creating new post and want to choose related post from custom post type, the search function do not work.
    When I click on a button, box with posts shows up, but when I type the name of the post it does nothing, no search is performed.

    Plugin Version: 0.9.7.11-pl
    WordPress Version: 3.6
    PHP Version: 5.2.17
    MySQL Version: 5.5.32-55-log
    Server OS: Linux
