Shopping cart not showing up

Hi Robin, did you find an answer to your problem? We are having the same problem with out site https://www.createdtobe.com.au

The plugin was working flawlessly for 6 months but now the Add to cart button doesn’t take you to the cart – it doesnt do anything!

Does anyone have an answer? Due to this issue and my quest to solve it I have totally re built the site but it has not changed anything! ??

Thanks for any help in advance, by the way it is an awesome, straight forward plugin to use, it doesn’t muck up our theme layout like most of the other shopping plugins seem too.

Hi Gcsolar,
I was told to upgrade to the premium version for support. I love the plug in but ended up going with another solution. Good luck with everything.

This isssue only happened with certain themes. I have fixed the issue for those types of themes.

Hi Niaz, thanks very much for your responses, they are greatly appreciated! I have updated the plugin today but the update has not changed anything and I have tried with a few different themes as well with no success. The plugin used to work fine on this page and theme, if I want to send my details to your email I take it it is …[email protected] without the …?

I also installed the plugin, created Category and added items. Now when I click on store nothing shows up. Is there any doc or guide that details how to get your store to show up and work?

Again it was the user mistake which was resolved by my active help.
