Conflict v1.4.15 and BulletProof Security plugin

Since the new release of this plugin I notice it conflicts with the BulletProof Security (BPS) plugin. I receive an alert in BPS and can not disable logging, etc. I will also post this in the BPS plugin forum, but the issue introduced itself after I ran the WordPress SEO update.
