Unable to load child theme

I have looked through the support threads so this is not a dry question..
I have added a child theme folder in themes folder called customizr-child and added the CSS file with the credentials for customizr at the top:

Theme Name:     Customizer Child Theme
Description:    Child theme for the Customizer theme
Author:         Awakekat
Author URI:     http: //www.gadgetdispatch.com
Template:       customizr
Version:        0.1.0
*/

now I am having difficulty with the path to the green.css which has been designated at the theme color. I have:
@import url("../../customizr/inc/css/green.css");

I have added more and less ../ to the path name but I am still not being able to see changes. I have the feeling the path is the ticket but can seem to get it right.
