You’ll need to translate it… https://babelfish.altavista.com/ seems to work…it seems two options that should display the things you’re looking for..good luck.

PSR_bests_of_month([[month ], [ limit ] ]): It shows the best list of posts of a month. month indicates the month to evaluate, if it is not specified is understood the present month. limit is the maximum number of post to show, if it is not specified is understood 10.

PSR_bests_of_moment([limit ]): It shows to the best list of post of the moment and its evolution. For it 30 days are evaluan the votes made in the last and single they consider post that surpass the average of votes received by post. limit is the maximum number of post to show, if it is not specified is understood 10. The evolution obtains when comparing the positions of the present list with those of the list that was 24 hours ago.

You can’t vote straight away, you have to go to the actual blog entries page, but I’m sure that can be edited.
