Set a featured post and custom field

Once again, many thanks for putting your effort on creating the plugin.

I’ve have this other doubt, i would like to be able to set a specific post in a specific Tile (in order to call it “featured”), is it possible?

the other doubt is regarding custom fields. Is it possible to show a custom field, instead of excerpt or date?
