it seems to be that your server doesn’t support sessions or it’s wrong configured, can you please check if your server is set up correctly?

phpinfo says sessions are enabled.

hm, but the plugin doesn’t recognize the customer and recreates the session again. which hoster are you using?

please disable instapress plugin, then it should work – it’s just a JavaScript problem with the other plugin ??

The social media buttons and/or link sharing were also giving problems with the basket.

Please enable them in the spreadplugin settings menu
