Cannot change theme on main blog site

Hi,

it’s seems to be impossible to change the theme on the main site.

With all the new child sites it’s no problem, but the main site just keeps showing the default twenty thirteen theme!
It’s even impossible to remove this theme…

Can somebody help me with this?
