How to create a Portfolio Page?

    Hi,

    I dont know how to create a portfolio page. This is what I have done so far:

    1) I created a page and and assigned it Portfolio template
    2) I created couple of posts and created a “Portfolio” post category and assigned those posts to this category.

    Nothing shows up in my portfolio page.

  • I am also having difficulty with this. I already have my homepage done, but when I go to make a “work” page it won’t show. It says “sorry, no results were found”. The template for the work page is “portfolio grid”. I made a few portfolio types and some items for each and checked off the type i wanted them in. Nothing happens.

    Nevermind my issue is resolved. Try going to “customize”. check and see if your posts page is directed to the page you’re trying to assign the portfolio to. If it is, change it to a different page. See if that helps.

    You need to make sure you have installed and activated the virtue toolkit. Once there you will have the ability to create portfolio posts.

    You need portfolio posts for the portfolio page to work.

    Hi, I have the same problem. When I open the link of portfolio, it returns “not found”. I did not understand the solution of HardyHar and I have not found the solution in the tutorial. Can you help me? thanks

    I have resolved. I have reset the permalinks to default
