Radio button label text sent to database

  • I would like to add extra text next to radio button labels, but I don’t want this extra text to be sent to the database or via email. For example, if these are the three choices,

    Active $15 (Currently Employed)
    Associate $15 (Retired or On-Leave)
    New $5 (First Year of Employment)

    I only want Active, Associate, or New sent to the database when the form is submitted. Is this possible?

    Thanks for your quick response, Mike. I need all the text for those filling out the form, but less text for the person moving the data from the database to a spreadsheet. Trying to make it idiot-proof. I’ll watch for that in the future. I’m trying to find to accomplish this with the DB display shortcodes.
