Not using the button

Hi,

I was searching a plugin like this but not using a button to submit the search.
When a person validate a checkbox I want the page to be refreshed and the checkbox still cheked, and to do this everytime we click on a checkbox and every precedent click must be memorized.
Is it possible to do this with modifying the code?
If you don’t understand what I mean, please tell me.
