How to get the latest post of wordpress.com to self hosted wordpress website?

Hi Everybody,

I am really very upset right now as i have searched a lot but not getting a right solution that how can I get the latest posts of my (e.g abc.wordpress.com) to my wordpress website (e.g. abc.com).

I want to get all the latest post on my self hosted wordpress website in my blog section or as a widget in my sidebar, can anybody have right solution that works smoothly, please do give a link or please explain it.

Please do help.
