WooCommerce Downloadable Product – Key

I noticed that for my downloadable products, in the URL, it generates what looks like a unique key for access to the download file. Is that correct? Looks like https://www.site.com/checkout/order-received/?order=1234&key=order_987654321

I’m thinking the last set of numbers is the key (after Order_)? Anyone have any information on that and is this correct?

I want to try to tap into that key to post a “access key” under my account or something similar.
