translation tool

I have a translation tool, it worked on my developer’s site, https://www.charlesknox.ca/groch but once we moved it onto our server I can no longer modify the translation, https://www.groch.com

I can check into the check box but for some reason it doesn’t bring up the buttoms to change the translations.
