Author Page not Working

I am having an issue with my author pages. On our blog you can see which author has posted which articles but you cannot open the authors page. We have a URL but whenever you click it, it redirects to a 404 page. Then in our author bio section at the bottom of the post there is another link to a different author page that also redirects to a 404 page.
