• hi
How can i delete a single post from the syndicated feed?

What i usually do is , i try to delete from the manage page option, i delete a single post but later on when the feed is automatic updated , it gets back the deleted post.

    any idea???

  • The feed is just most likely cached. Posts don’t just come back, especially on their own.

Delete the contents of your /wp-content/cache/ folder, assuming it exists. If not, show us an example of the problem.

    thanks

I have a similar problem: I deleted two posts from my blog, so now there is only one post when I view the blog (https://hermosawave.wordpress.com) – perfect.

But the feed still contains all three posts!
I am syndicating the feed to another web site, so I don’t think it is cached anywhere. I have also repeated this behavior on another wordpress blog. Maybe your server is caching it? (It’s been an hour though)

    Any ideas? Thanks.

This forum is for www.remarpro.com, not wordpress.com. I believe wordpress.com has it’s own support forums. Yes, they likely have a caching system, so if you wait a little bit, it should update.
