Subfolder Structure and Uploading Folders (not just files)

Does BuddyDrive have the capability of having folders of a folder (i.e. subfolders structure)?
Secondly, will BuddyDrive be able to upload a folder similar to uploading a file? I have many files under folders and would like to upload all to BuddyDrive.
