    I think i know where is the problem.. my image titles is also not correct. That mean need to change first image title names.. but manually it takes too many times.

    There is a green mark on the right. It means the filename already matches the title you chose for that image. The plugin has nothing to do at this point.

    Yes, you need to change them manually, one by one. Proper SEO takes time ??
