My site is down because I was messing with functions.php

HELP!
I was messing with the file functions.php and all of a sudden my website is down:
https://sleepingshouldbeeasy.com
I can’t log on to even re-upload the theme. It gives me that error page whether I go on sleepingshouldbeeasy.com or sleepingshouldbeeasy.com/wp-admin.
PLEASE anyone help!!
