jQuery version check fails to differentiate between versions 1.1 and 1.10

jQuery version check (found in files: plugins/comprehensive-google-maps-plugin/assets/js/cgmp.framework.min.js & cgmp.framework.js) fails to differentiate between versions 1.1 and 1.10, thus blocking the loading of jquery versions 1.10 and up.
