finding the right plugin for page navigation

I need someone to help figure out what is the right plugin for making page navigation I don’t know if I explain it right so I took some snap shots of what I’m doing I have made a pages call listings staring with ABCDE… I stared with A and started to adding listing on A and I now I was creating the next page 2 3 4 .. but I was doing it manually with the links to the next page is their a easier way to create or a plugin to use to have the navigation work the way i want it too..
