Moving site to different folder, database updated but can't access dashboard

I’ve copied my wesbite and installed it in a different folder. I’ve uploaded all the files and updated the database successfully. I had to edit the SQL to remove the references to he previous folder and replace it with the new folder, it now seems to work but when I try to login from login.php, it redirects me to the same page and can’t access the dasboard.

Does anyone know what the problem could be here?
