Once you’ve set up your child theme or CSS plugin, check out these CSS selectors:

}

footer.entry-meta {
}

element.style {
}

Just change the margin or padding values. If you’re not doing so already, I highly recommend using Chrome Developer Tools or Firebug for Firefox. They make it very easy to see the CSS selectors and properties.
