Newsletter form doesn't work

Hi,
(Thanks for this plugin.) My problem is nothing happens when I type email : no redirections, no refresh, no url changing and it doesn’t appear in plugin manager. I didn’t modified anything in the code.
Maybe it’s normal because i’m working on localhost ?
