tables broken and too many clients using

Second time in quite short timeframe I got error that tables are broken. I tried to let WordPress to fix them and I got report

wp_usermeta: 2 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_posts: 13 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_comments: 26 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_options: Table is marked as crashed
wp_postmeta: 12 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_terms: 2 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_term_taxonomy: 4 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_term_relationships: 5 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_commentmeta: 17 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly

Now site is up but I really would like to know what causes this… Is there some bad guys in my server or is it just some plugin conflict etc. Also how I can see who these clients are?
