  • When I click on either link I see your site – through a redirect to https://home.mysite.com/

    A high level answer to your question is … by using a .htaccess redirect.

    Be careful if you have both urls accessible and appearing to be separate you may get a google duplicate content penalty.

    i do not think it has a thing to do with your installation of WP.

    the reason you do not have WWW access is because this has not been set up with your domain host … so whoever you host with, needs to make sure that this has been created …

    The apache’s httpd.conf has the line already added

    ServerAlias domain.com

    But domain.com is still not accesible and this is a case for only this domain not for the other domains on the server. Others are working ok…
