Don't display results in email if field isn't filled out?

OK, here’s a first for me. I’ve used CF7 many, many times but I have a client who has a really long form. Not all fields are required so if a field comes up blank, the results still display something like this:
Work Telephone:
but there’s no actual phone number because that person decided not to fill it in.
Is there some kind of way when the results are emailed to the client that anything left blank simply doesn’t appear and that includes the information describing it to the left? Hopefully, I’m making sense with that example.
