Plug in for events managment

I am looking for a suitable plug-in to handle events management and calendar. I have found information on at least 5 – The Events Calendar, Events Espresso, All-in -one Events Calendar, Events Manager.

These all seem to offer most of the features I would be looking for:
1. User form on the site to upload event details. Sends to admin for moderation, then just requires approval to add to calendar.
2. Different user permissions – eg general users only upload details for moderation, registered users events automatically approved.
3. Categories for events and venues.
4. Display events as monthly calendar dates and events list on the same page.
5. Features events – display a separate list
6. Newsletter possible to signed up users.

I would appreciate any advice on any of these plug-ins. i am quite happy to pay for a plug-in if it will do what I need.
