  • @boatgalley — I checked it out and it looks like we didn’t have all of your content indexed correctly so I reset indexing for you on our end and cleared cache for you as well. All of your posts should be showing now. How does it look for you?

    It looks good now, thanks so much!

    @boatgalley — Always happy to help ??

    I think I am having a similar problem – only really recent posts are showing for me, most of which are not related. I have tried re-indexing and this has not worked.

    Hope that somebody can help! Thanks.

    @codowd — We’re seeing a variety of different recommendations for each of your posts. However, we do optimize plugin load so that our algorithm serves up content right away (usually from backfill or more recent articles – since we’ve seen that these perform better in terms of CTR), then starts the calculation to retrieve the related content for this page. Once this calculation is done it will then be used when a second user visits (or the same user refreshes) the page.

    Thanks for taking a look Katrina.

    However, I am still having the same problem – it is not showing related posts, just ones in my last ten or so published posts.

    For example, https://www.olympicwanderings.com/evening-budapests-thermal-baths/ is about Budapest and thermal baths, yet it is showing three posts about the World Cup in Brazil and one about Bologna in Italy, even though I have a number of posts that are about either Budapest or even thermal baths. The ones that are showing have all been published in the past month.

    nRelate used to work perfectly, it’s only been in the last few months that I’ve had this problem.

    Thanks for your time ??

    I have refreshed the page a number of times, but it just keeps showing other unrelated posts.

    @codowd — Thanks for the additional info. Tech is taking a closer look to make sure that everything is working as designed and I’ll keep you updated with what we find.

    @codowd — Tech looked into this and can confirm that everything is working as designed. We’re seeing pretty relevant results when we visit your site. Please let us know if you continue to see issues here or if we can help with anything else.
