Blank Page after adding new page or form

After every time I add a new form or page I get a blank page.
The url comes up with this after I update or add a form or pagehttps://localhost:8888/my-site.dev/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7&post=-1
I’ve been having issues earlier today with my localhost and I am wondering if this issue is because of that? Is there any way to trouble shoo this?
