Unable to edit Kingsize theme

  • Hi,
    Recently purchased the Kingsize theme and already stacked.
    1. Missing the option to upload a logo, a global background, and the background slider etc. In fact: missing the button from the very bottom left (under settings) How can I get that back?
    2. When I multiple upload images in order to create photo gallery, only one picture is visible the others are not, not even click-able. Why? What do I do wrong?
    3. After you fix the problem 1 for me, my next problem is the quality of the background slider images. On the demo and everywhere I saw, the pics shows up stunning, but mine are pixely and blurry, over-sized etc. You can imagine my pictures aren’t that bad, so is there any specification in terms of size, height, width etc to set the photos to looks great?
    Can you please help me asap, as I have to publish my site real soon.
