• My Website is : SKEWorthSharing.Com

My few visitors are redirecting to https://skeworthsharing.com/favicon.png, and the page which is being shown to them is

Oops! That page can’t be found.

It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search? “

I am not able to trace out why this is happening……..but whenever I check my ‘Users Online Now’ always found 3-4 visitors(out of 10) are on ‘page not found’……..when I check url there, it shows https://skeworthsharing.com/favicon.png. Though the page Tiga Theme shows when a visitor reach to ‘page not found’ screen is really amazing and have many other things to review just like ‘recent posts’,’most used categories’, archives and tags etc. and I am sure it definitely will help them to engage themselves on website. But some of them might disappoint when they dont find the desired page.

Please help me to sort out this issue.

    Thanks In Advance

Are you using redirection plugin? This is not a theme issue, this theme did not handle any redirection.

    Hi Mr.Satrya,

Thanks for the reply. I am not using any redirection Plugin. I observed some recent development, when I clicked on guest’s IP on ‘users online now’ page…….cases of ‘page not found’ seems to be related to Mobile Users only.

I have ‘favicon.ico’ file in my main server directory and theme directy but not favicon.png. Please help.

    Hi,
Sorry for late reply, I just on holiday this week.

when I clicked on guest’s IP on ‘users online now’ page

    Is it from a plugin?

Yes Mr.Satrya, I am using WP-UserOnline plugin for this. I also experimented and copy a seperate favicon.png file in main server directory. But this proved more demotiving as user will see only a white page just showing my favicon image and wont reach to my website’s contents. Thanks to your theme, i am sure guest always will find something to read, even on ‘page not found’ screen. Please find me how i can get rid of with this problem.
