How to add Spanish letter ? to a WP blog post link

    I have a bilingual English/Spanish blog hosted on HostGator.
    While using WP, when I try to write words like “sue?o” (dream), it gives me “sueno” on the blog post URL. Is there any way to make the letter ? work on an URL?
