how to add custom plug in to Enterprise

  • My blog is being hosted by WordPress and I’m using the Enterprise theme. No premium or upgraded version. I’m looking to add a more advanced pay pal form/field, such as the one shown at the URL below. Can I do this on a WordPress hosted version of Enterprise? Do I need to upgrade? I don’t see anywhere within my blog to add plug ins. Thanks.
