The first thing you need to do is test the site performance using the default unedited theme with all plugins deactivated. This will let you rule out a theme or plugin issue.

Markup errors can cause issues.
Test the site at defaults and then activate theme. Test site performance. If OK, then it’s not likely the theme. Activate plugins one at a time. Test site after each activation. These steps will help isolate the issue.
Once you get the site to reasonably load, look at WP Super Cache – note it looks like you have a minify plugin in use – use just one caching plugin.

Also, you are running with a specific WPML version, review it’s use with WP3.5.2. Note WP3.6 is out now also. I would revert to default theme, deactivate all plugins, manually update WP, then test, then troubleshoot as noted above.
